The Position

We are looking for a Mid Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role you will report to the VP of Sales and focus on taking specialized, advanced-analytics solutions to market. 

As far as Mid Market AE roles go, this is a very unique opportunity. We are looking for someone who can take new products to market. You’ll be expected to build a pipeline, to build relationships, to gather and synthesize feedback, to promote value-add innovations that scale, and, of course, close new business and hit your quota. It won’t be easy, but if you pull it off you’ll have a top career accomplishment to look back on and opportunities to advance within One Model. 

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline. Call, email, message, nurture, connect and qualify.
  • Develop relationships. Get to know our prospects and customers. Understand their workdays, their needs, their challenges, what will get them promoted, etc.
  • Present a clear value-add case for One Model. When you can’t– figure out why and bring that feedback back to us. 
  • Gather and organize feedback. Learn what the market needs and support those findings with concrete evidence.
  • Use the tech stack efficiently. We’ve got great CRM and outreach tools. Maximize them.
  • Keep your funnel up to date and accurate. Be on top of your deals and have crisp updates for weekly reviews and on demand. 
  • Collaborate with the wider team and be a sponge for information. 

About You

  • 5+ years selling in a business-to-business (B2B) environment to midmarket enterprises in the US
  • Successful track record of hunting for new business, and closing deals with multiple influencers 
  • Entrepreneurial approach to customer acquisition, account management 
  • Experience with Hubspot (or other CRM), and other sales productivity tools required
  • A problem solver with the ability to proactively multitask & manage multiple customer accounts
  • Experience selling an HCM, other HR software, or Analytics/BI solution an asset
  • Experience running product demos and interpreting metrics. 
  • Existing relationships in target market and personas an asset (large enterprise HR leaders and and people analytics teams)
  • Experience in a formal sales methodology such as Solution Selling, SPIN or other an asset
  • Ability to travel within the US for customer meetings and regional events (up to 25%), as required
  • Growth-minded, energetic personality with a good sense of humor
  • Passion for analytics is a significant plus.

Base Salary Range

$90,000$110,000 USD
