Who We Want

As Mexico Partnerships Manager,  you will be responsible for growing our Mexico footprint via expanding wallet share with our active clients along with assisting in prospecting new clients. This role will require you to leverage your sales skills and relationships to build the Arrive Mexico brand both internally with our BD Team and externally with our clients.  You will serve as the subject matter expert for Mexico, utilizing your experience to uncover customer opportunities and drive strategic growth within the US customer pipeline. 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with individual BD Reps, assigned sales groups, and their respective managers to discover, qualify, and close new XB MX business in ATX. Be the driving force of growth for XB MX in ATX.
  • Serve as the MX leader for your assigned accounts and develop rapport and relationships on the BD floor to establish yourself as a valuable trusted partner
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to team members
  • Assist in leading various XB MX training and continuous education initiatives for BD floor
  • Be prepared to maintain and present weekly/monthly/quarterly updates on pipeline, top active customers, growth initiatives, etc. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Build and drive MX KPIs and share responsibility for growth within your assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with Mexico Operations and Implementation Manager to ensure new accounts are set up for success
  • Align with pricing team and BD Reps to set RFP strategies aimed to support departmental growth
  • Travel as needed to educate new and existing customers on the XB MX solutions that Arrive provides
  • Represent Arrive at industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate with Sr. Mexico Operations and Partnerships Manager and Mexico BD Manager on best practices, opportunities, and strategies
  • Support VP of BizDev assigned to Mexico Growth

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in third-party logistics.
  • 3+ years of operating or selling cross-border Mexico freight
  • Track record of success in sales, customer service, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members to achieve results.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish preferred
