About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for McKinsey, Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement lead prospecting strategies and roadmaps which align with the company’s sales and marketing objectives
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as customers.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns using channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to identify and implement high-performing reach-out approaches.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, track lead outcomes, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation and SaaS marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strong organizational, data analysis and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual
  • Advanced English proficiency (at least C1 English level)
