is looking for a CRM Specialist to play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.Reporting directly to the Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase retention, and drive revenue growth.

We offer a dynamic hybrid work model. This role thrives in a collaborative environment, so you’ll split your time between working in our Austin, TX headquarters and remotely. This typically allows for 2-3 days in the office per week, with the remainder spent working from your home base. 

  • Email and SMS Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers at various stages of the customer lifecycle. Develop compelling content and messaging to drive customer engagement and sales through both channels.
  • Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to segment customers based on demographics, purchase behavior, and preferences for both email and SMS campaigns. Develop targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments across multiple channels to maximize effectiveness.
  • Retention and Loyalty Programs: Implement retention and loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and reward loyal customers through both email and SMS channels. Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization across all communication channels.
  • CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and loyalty across email and SMS channels.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback from both email and SMS interactions to identify areas for improvement in product offerings, customer service, and overall customer experience. Utilize insights to inform CRM strategies and drive continuous improvement across all communication channels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives with overall business objectives across email and SMS channels. Collaborate on cross-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • CRM Platform Management: Oversee the implementation and management of CRM platforms and tools for both email and SMS communication, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and campaign execution across channels. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance CRM capabilities for both email and SMS channels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or related roles, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar tools.

  • You are a self-starter with strong problem solving skills.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
