Imandra is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who wants to take a central role at a leading-edge AI startup. Imandra’s Automated Reasoning technology is changing the way things work in critical algorithm-heavy industries such as financial markets, and we require an individual who can understand our deeply technical products and help drive their success. As the Marketing Manager, you will ensure the successful development of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to effectively communicate and amplify the company and its product capabilities to target audiences.

The Role and Responsibilities
The role includes a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners and the leadership team to deeply understand emerging technologies, unique selling points, and potential applications/use cases.
- Craft compelling messaging, content, and collateral (e.g., whitepapers, presentations, blog posts) articulating complex technical concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, PR, and other channels to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Manage PR efforts, including media relations, briefings, press releases, and promotional events to generate positive coverage and visibility.
- Coordinate with partner corporate marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, sales enablement, and consistent brand messaging.
- Strategize, plan and execute Imandra’s presence at key conferences and events in the AI, financial and critical infrastructure sectors.
- Analyze campaign performance using appropriate metrics and optimize tactics for maximum impact and ROI.
- Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging channels to inform strategy.

Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably AI.
- Bachelors in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.

- Strong strategic planning, project management, and execution skills.
- Proficient with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, common business tools.
- Self-motivated with ability to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Curiosity and passion for cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and their real-world apps.
Skills that are a bonus

- Strong marketing expertise with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Versatile communicator and strategic thinker capable of amplifying the pioneering work and innovations done at Imandra.
