The Role
An experienced Director of Marketing to lead and oversee the development and execution of a fully-integrated marketing strategy. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated marketing, branding, lead generation and qualification, and company communications.
Successful applicants for this role should enjoy and excel in people and project management, building and leading a cross-functional marketing team, strategy building, marketing execution, measurement, reporting, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute demand and lead generation plans aligned with business goals.
- Develop lead generation content - must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives to promote tradeshows, roadshows, user conferences, webinars, and other engagement events;
- Manage marketing and communication elements including public relations efforts, print, direct mail, social media, email marketing, and website strategy;
- Manage paid media strategies, including paid search, paid social, and syndicated media buys;
- Design and implement sales and CX enablement;
- Prioritize media opportunities, prepare talking points, presentations, and other support materials for the leadership team, as needed;
- Hire and lead the marketing team. Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct performance reviews; `
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience managing people in a marketing department
- University degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Experience in construction technology is highly desirable
