We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Admin Associate to join our team. This is a temporary position, with an estimated duration of 2 months. This role will primarily focus on data entry tasks, with potential additional responsibility of updating and redesigning documents in Adobe Create Suite, including InDesign and Acrobat to align with our new branding. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of design principles.

MicroStrain by HBK is a leading provider of sensing solutions for a variety of applications, such as aerospace, automotive, energy, industrial, and medical. We design and manufacture sensors, wireless systems, data loggers, software, and accessories that measure strain, force, torque, acceleration, displacement, temperature, and more. Our products are used by engineers and researchers around the world to improve performance, safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and spreadsheets.

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist in the transition of old documents to new branding by updating text, images, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to ensure all materials are technically sound and are aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval.

  • Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

  • Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Acrobat; experience with graphic design is a plus.

  • Must have a flexible schedule and can commit to at least 20 hours per week for 8 to 10 weeks.

  • You are authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, data entry, or administrative support

  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • You are willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
