The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Salesforce Engineering

Primary Tasks:

  • Lead team of Team Leads and Individuals.
  • Work closely with IT and stakeholders to ensure that our Salesforce platform robustly supports the business needs.
  • Drive process alignment and improvement across the Salesforce Engineering team.
  • Encourage adherence to Salesforce best practices for enterprise platforms.
  • Technical ownership of business processes on the Salesforce platform.
  • Propose system changes and enhancements by liaising with the appropriate vendors, users and IT Teams.
  • Assist in architecting the system integrations.
  • Manage the life cycle of the applications.
  • Responsible for participating in key implementation activities, learning the platform, applying the knowledge by configuring the design, and then maintaining it.
  • Ensure problems are properly investigated to resolve application errors, data discrepancies, or performance issues.
  • Manage all technical aspects on projects requiring knowledge of the applications.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 10 years working experience within Application Development
  • 5 years of experience as a manager
  • Experience working on an Agile team
  • Demonstrated history of evolving and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Education and/or Training:

  • Salesforce, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
