We are seeking a Sales Qualification Lead to drive our Sales Qualification Team (SQT) towards ambitious SQL targets, outbound pipeline generation, and strategic marketing alignment. This role is a leadership position that requires expertise in outbound prospecting, marketing and sales pipeline strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and coach Sales Qualification Coordinators (SQCs) to achieve and exceed SQL conversion targets.
  • Develop and implement a structured Outbound Prospecting Strategy for Growth Sales Teams (GST).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing Operations within the Growth Sales Leadership Team, ensuring alignment on MQL targeting and inbound lead generation.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to drive accurate and insightful pipeline reporting, presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Optimize MQL to SQL conversion rates, ensuring SLAs are met and throughput targets are achieved.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure performance, track trends, and refine outbound prospecting motions based on engagement and insights.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Minimum 2 years of people management and coaching experience in a sales or marketing organization.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling sales pipelines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Expertise in developing outbound sales motions using engagement insights and market data.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities, with the ability to distill insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to drive pipeline performance.
