About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and streamline our revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you’ll own key operational processes, enhance data visibility, and drive efficiency across the full customer lifecycle. By improving CRM workflows, refining lead management, operationalizing onboarding and expansion efforts, and ensuring data integrity, you’ll enable teams to make informed decisions that drive growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize CRM workflows, lead routing, and data integrity to drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, performance reporting, and commission payouts to ensure revenue visibility and accuracy.
  • Track and measure lead flow across the customer lifecycle, ensuring proper attribution and clear visibility into campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline deal flow, automated sequences, customer onboarding, and expansion efforts.
  • Improve reporting on customer health, churn risk, and growth opportunities to drive retention and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain data governance practices to ensure clean and accurate data flows across all systems and tools.
  • Assist in evaluating and managing tech stack integrations to optimize workflows and enhance automation.
  • Leverage operational insights and customer data to identify new revenue opportunities, driving scalable growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with a proven ability to optimize workflows and drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in developing dashboards, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support cross-functional teams and business decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI); experience with data modeling and automation tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to improve lead routing, sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and customer success reporting to enhance revenue performance.
  • Experience with data governance and ensuring clean, accurate data flows across systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present findings to leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, able to leverage operational insights to uncover growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
