About You

The Manager, Demand Planning will be responsible for development and execution of a SKU-Driven, end-to-end Forecast, based on multiple sales channels in an efficient and cost-effective manner to support our overall company goals. This position will proactively analyze and interpret information for Planning systems and determine if the process is in control, accurate, while meeting customer demands. 

The Manager, Demand Planning should have the ability to make day-to-day decisions that demonstrate a basic understanding of the financial business drivers. You will report directly to the Director of Demand Planning and be a member of the Supply Chain team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual forecasts at SKU level, by channel, and by retailer. 
  • Ongoing maintenance of annual demand plan
  • Accountable for the accuracy and impact of planning decisions and inventory management. 
  • Analyze and interpret SKU effectiveness and efficiency, in month trend analysis and KPI reporting
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Establish effective supportive relationships with Sales, Ops, Finance, Retail, and Product Development Teams.
  • During the first 18 months in this role, will require your leadership in testing and on-boarding demand systems, to support the business with ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply chain operations are on track to meet our master demand plan. 
  • Lead cross functional conversations regarding new launches and translating financial forecasts into a demand plan.
  • Participate in consensus meetings with commercial teams on monthly demand reviews. Ensure alignment of Demand Plan with Revenue Projections and/or provide reconciliation and analysis of variance.
  • Support the SLOB process and reporting partnering with Accounting
  • Partner with commercial teams to gather sample forecasts for new launches or promotions. 
  • Create ad hoc reports as requested.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years of related experience managing supply chain; minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning is a must 
  • Must have experience working within the supplement, beauty or wellness industries
  • Preferred experience with developing Demand Planning Models based on industry trends, demand patterns and company goals using Kinaxis software
  • Advanced Excel knowledge - pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.  
  • Works well with other cross functional partners across the organization
  • Clear communication between internal teams
  • Strong technical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively across organization

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$115,000$130,000 USD
