This role reports to our Director of DEI and provides access/visibility to teams and leaders across the business. 

ERG Outcomes:

  • Revitalize ERG groups to align with their core purpose: 

    • To create a sense of community for our most underrepresented groups

    • To develop our most underrepresented talent and create opportunity

    • To drive impact to our ServiceTitan business

  • Executive Sponsors will have a clear remit and guidelines on how to support their ERG with a regular cadence of support to ensure groups are on track and our leaders are equipped to give guidance to these groups

  • The ERG groups will have a defined organizational structure with clear goals and objectives that support their purpose and policy to support their work and the overarching mission of ServiceTitan. These will be approved and aligned with their Executive Sponsors, DEI Team, Managers, and HRBPs

  • The ERGs will maintain strong operational organization to ensure they are developing program management skills and driving towards their results and objectives

  • ERG Groups will use data and analytics to drive better results for their members and deepen engagement

  • The ERG Groups will be grassroots-led with support from the DEI, HRBP team, and their Executive Sponsors

  • ERG Leaders and members will have development opportunities and access to signature experiences to recognize, develop, and empower their growth

DEI Program Outcomes:

  • DEI Education roadmap and strategy

  • Focused DEI Education strategy on ERG Leadership and Executive sponsors

  • Regular cadence of Executive communications supporting our ERG’s Programs and initiatives 

  • Guides and L&D resources for ERG members and Executives 

  • Regular cadence of high-impact events to educate on identity-based topics

  • Partner teams feel supported and have a sense of collaboration and trust with our DEI Team 

  • DEI Team members feel they can rely on this leader to support as a utility player 

What You’ll Do:

  • In this role, you will serve as the Employee Resource Group (ERG) ambassador, ensuring alignment and integration of ERG strategic plans and programming with the company's overall efforts on DEI

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ERGs, executive sponsors, and other key stakeholders to become their Trusted Advisor

  • Support ERG organizational transformation work in collaboration with ERG leaders, Talent and Development, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to drive structure, and organization, and increase business impact

  • Define key metrics, track outcomes, and regularly report on the impact inclusion programs are having on our Titans and our business

  • Develop L&D Support resources for ERG Executive Sponsors and other collateral to drive engagement and support of our ERG communities. 

  • Partner with the L&D Team to create key learning and development programs for DEI with a focus on the ERG Community, Managers, and Business Teams. 

  • Coordinate activities and educational opportunities, such as monthly cultural heritage/milestone events (i.e. Black History Month, Women's History Month, Pride Month, Diwali, etc.) ERG Summits, and DEI L&D experiences.

  • Be an integral part of the DEI team, leveraging research, data, and best practices to shape and execute ServiceTitan’s overall DEI strategy

Who You Are:

  • Previous work experience in DEI and/or L&D

  • Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously

  • Experience driving data-driven programs. Comfortable with designing success metrics, analyzing and reporting on data, and communicating business value 

  • Strong written and verbal communicator

  • Ability to work across different functions and build relationships with stakeholders and champions

  • Self-starter motivated by the opportunity to create, implement, and grow new programs

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders

  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, sexual identity, and others

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
