We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to lead one of our Enterprise outbound team consisting of 8-10 BDRs. This position requires a high degree of coaching and comfortability leading a customer facing, critical business function. In addition to coaching BDRs who are early in their sales career, this individual will also work closely with our training, sales, and marketing teams. A commitment to managing to a variety of KPIs, required metrics, and quality is imperative. 

 
Your Day to Day 

As a Manager, Business Development (Enterprise), you would be working on: 

  • Be an integral part of the Sales leadership team and own the process for generating qualified outbound opportunities. 

  • Focus on coaching and developing the team, refining, and building on our outbound strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to identify additional opportunities for pipeline generation. 

  • Analyze team activity and performance data to find opportunities to improve qualification and success rates with new tactics, tools, and campaigns. 

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to your Enterprise outbound BDR team to enhance their skills and capabilities. 

  • Accurately forecast and report on the state of your business to Leadership. 

What We’re Looking For 

As a Manager, Business Development (Enterprise), your background will look like: 

  • Experience managing or leading a team of BDRs/SDRs remotely or similar. 

  • Demonstrated expertise in outbound prospecting. 

  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Regie.ai is preferred. Familiarity with ABX strategies and AI platforms is a strong plus (i.e. leveraged AI to enhance workflows, customer engagement, etc.)  

  • A collaborative mindset- someone who enjoys working cross functionally to solve business challenges. 

  • A track record of delivering against sales / opportunity targets. 

  • Ability to present ideas, performance and KPIs in a clear, graphical, written and verbal way

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $146,200.00 - $197,800.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
