The Opportunity
As part of the Managed Services - Testing as a Service team you are expected to possess knowledge of application architecture, scripting with test automation tools, and delivery experience of modern methodologies such as Behavior Driven Development and DevOps. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for integrating test into the DevOps CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages like Python and PowerShell, and testing infrastructure capabilities.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Computer Engineering preferred
- Agile Certification, PMP preferred
- Possessing knowledge of Application architecture
- Working knowledge of Microservices, Rest API's, Mobile & Cloud
- Demonstrating knowledge in scripting with Test Automation Tools
- Applying performance engineering skills
- Possessing experience working in Cloud environments
- Writing queries against databases and data warehouses
- Demonstrating experience in Testing Infrastructure capabilities

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
