We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Litigation Support Specialist to join our Litigation Team!
What you’ll do:

eDiscovery Management: Oversee all technical aspects of the eDiscovery process, including data collection, preservation, processing, review, and production.

Technology Expertise: Maintain proficiency in eDiscovery software and tools, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Data Processing: Utilize eDiscovery tools to process and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, while ensuring efficiency and cost containment.

Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders to understand case requirements and develop tailored eDiscovery strategies.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of eDiscovery deliverables.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external eDiscovery vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to legal team members on eDiscovery tools and processes.

Project Management: Manage multiple eDiscovery projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex eDiscovery challenges.

Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of existing eDiscovery workflows. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, document those for review with teams.

Reporting: Develop and track key metrics to measure litigation data activity internally and externally. Present on findings and identify potential areas for improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data sets and technical challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or legal studies.

3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Strong technical skills and experience with eDiscovery software and tools.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $108,000-$163,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $97,000-$145,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
