Job Summary

The Specialist I, Learning & Talent Development is responsible for the delivery of training programs, processes, and tools which support the organizations goals and objectives. This role will collaborate on proactive and responsive solutions to business operations learning needs. The Specialist will facilitate and present training on a range of technical and performance related topics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages Learning & Talent Development’s day to day learning operations, run department reports, compile data, and recommend process improvements to ensure operations are optimized for efficiency.
  • Coordinates and manages event logistics for on-site training workshops and events, including internal/external communications, materials/pre-work, travel/venue management, room coordination/set-up and food/beverage needs.
  • Deploys, records and analyzes training evaluations.
  • Serves as main point of contact and program manager for AMN’s new hire onboarding program including preparing/designing content, managing presenter schedule, material preparation, facilitation, communications, and day-of program management.
  • Solve problems, reacting quickly and efficiently, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve for learning operations and support.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 year related experience within a training capacity or proven experience as a senior performer in all aspects of the training role

Key Skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior training on learning management/HR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that build productive relationships.
  • Ability to drive change and implement new strategies which support the organization's goals and objective

Pay Rate$26.50 - $31.50 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
