Job Description

  • Strategic Project Management: Manage the overall delivery of strategic projects across the organization. Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are on track and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports for the executive team, translating technical details into clear, understandable, and actionable insights.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to collect status updates. Ensure all information is accurately represented in executive-level reports.

  • Process Development: Define and implement the process and cadence for status collection from various stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient reporting process.

  • Initiative Involvement: Be involved in all initiatives across the organization in order to have the necessary context for accurate and relevant reporting.

  • Presentation Production: Create high-quality, impactful presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to the executive team.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring information is understood and actionable.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7
years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work
experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years
of work experience with a PhD
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12-15 years’ experience in Program Management in Technology
• Proven experience in a leadership role within technical program management.
• Exceptional business writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability in managing the delivery of strategic projects across multiple
teams.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into
non-technical terms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective reporting processes.
• High level of involvement and understanding of organizational initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software.

Additional Information

Varies upon the needs of the department.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
