Job Description:

We are seeking a digital media advertising enthusiast with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join us as a Lead Client Experience Manager on our Life Sciences team. (Learn more about Life Sciences at https://lifesciences.phreesia.com/.) 

At Phreesia, the work we do has an incredible impact on patient outcomes by delivering relevant health communications right at the point of care. In this role, you will influence some of the top Life Sciences brands, managing existing accounts while strategically pursuing new sales opportunities. You will lead a team to solve business issues with clients and incorporate Phreesia Life Sciences as their solution.  The business you will bring in will help us reach more patients and drive our goal of achieving positive health outcomes through informing and activating patients.

This is a work-from-home position with the expectation that you live within the New York City area (or are within commuting distance to NYC) to meet internally or with clients on a weekly basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate new business and manage existing relationships with the top pharmaceutical companies and media buying agencies in the industry  
  • Cultivate thoughtful relationships with clients to provide patient engagement solutions/media solutions to their patient-facing strategies  
  • Work with a great deal of independence to negotiate and increase opportunities to hit sales goals 
  • Prepare/present capabilities presentations and product demonstrations   
  • Lead strategic initiatives internally and externally that will help drive innovation and process and contribute to corporate goals  
  • Develop strategic and creative account plans for managing agencies/Life Science companies and their respective brand opportunities 
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team as you contribute to team goals and collaborate cross-functionally within Life Sciences 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in media agency, digital sales, media sales, or brand strategy in the pharmaceutical space
  •  Proven people management experience
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and media vernacular and measurement  
  • Enthusiasm in connecting with clients within the NYC area as well as occasionally travel to clients outside of the NYC area
  • Expertise creating presentations using PowerPoint that “WOW!” the customer and lead to securing new business     

Compensation for US is $250,000 - $270,000, depending on qualifications.  In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
