We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic CRM Project Manager Apprentice to join our CRM Marketing team in Austin. In this role, you will be key in engaging and fostering our client base through effective CRM initiatives. You will be the owner of our customer newsletters for both Self-Service and Enterprise audiences, a key touchpoint to drive product adoption, boost conversion to paid plans, and increase upsell opportunities.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a student passionate about digital marketing, project management, and customer engagement to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a Junior CRM Project Manager of Brevo, you will be responsible for:

  • Owner of Customer Newsletters:
  • Manage the creation, coordination, and delivery of the monthly customer newsletters for both Self-Service and Enterprise audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, Sales) to ensure relevant and engaging content.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize future campaigns based on insights.

  • Benchmark CRM Initiatives:
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and CRM benchmarking to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance Brevo’s CRM strategies.

  • Tactical Campaign Implementation:
  • Design and implement tactical campaigns targeting the Self-Service audience to improve product engagement and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns, maintaining alignment with overall marketing goals.

  • Process Optimization:
  • Help refine CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of new CRM tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to improve CRM team processes with AI

What will contribute to your success:

  • Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • A keen interest in marketing, branding, and project management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Enjoys being challenged and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Brevo, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
