The IT Manager role is a service-oriented, foundational pillar responsible for working cross-functionally with every department within the organization to improve the systems we work with daily. They are responsible for supporting corporate IT design, development and maintenance. This role will be responsible for one or more of the functions within IT - process automation, device management, vendor account management, virtualization, wireless systems, office networking, AV and video conferencing, facilities technology, IT support, software procurement, and software license provisioning and rationalization.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate current processes and technology and integrate new technology.
- Manage a team of dedicated IT service professionals (administrators, specialists, etc.), including work delegation, career and performance management, and accountability for achieving service-level agreements with the organization.
- Implement and evaluate monitoring and inventory systems to manage our corporate IT assets.
- Responsible for our office hardware and AV setup.
- Partner with IT leadership to determine and manage budgets, anticipating tech needs to align with company goals.
- Manage IT metrics and KPIs aligned to company goals.
Skills you have:
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- Prior experience managing employees and leading teams.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Linux, Windows, and OS X.
- Independently research technical problems and propose/implement innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Strong customer-centric approach to service.

- Experience with IT management processes and software, including Jamf Pro.
