What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Coordinator Intern to join our IT team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for someone currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day IT operations and on-site technical support. In this role, you’ll be the on-site point of contact (POC) at Contentstack’s Experience Center (CxC), supporting IT ticket resolution, onboarding/offboarding, and AV troubleshooting.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Triage and respond to IT support tickets, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide on-site support for employee onboarding and offboarding (hardware setup, account provisioning, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio/visual (AV) equipment issues in meeting rooms and common areas.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact (POC) at the CxC, offering real-time assistance to team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, inventory, and equipment tracking.
  • Support IT team with day-to-day operations and contribute to ad hoc projects.

What really gets us excited about you?

  • You’re currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have a foundational understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.
  • You’re comfortable working with AV equipment, video conferencing tools, and collaborative platforms.
  • You’re highly organized, responsive, and enjoy being the go-to tech resource for your teammates.
  • You thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment and are always ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Bonus if you have experience with IT ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) or onboarding processes.

If you’re looking for an internship where you can make a real impact, grow your IT skills, and support a team that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you!

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.

What Do We Offer?

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…
