Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Volcon, you’ll engage with new and existing customers, helping them find the perfect electric vehicle for their needs. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales, nurturing leads, and offering top-tier customer service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls. Nurture leads by understanding customer needs and recommending Volcon products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions and top-notch support.
- Sales Process Management: Prepare detailed proposals and sales contracts, ensuring smooth customer transactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Volcon’s product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Current Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Passion for electric vehicles, motorcycles, and outdoor adventure is a plus.
