Ethics Leadership Consulting Opportunity: Independent Chair, North Ethics Committee

North seeks a highly accomplished ethics professional to serve as an independent Chair of our Ethics Committee, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the highest standards of ethical conduct.

In this consulting role, you will maintain the independence of an outside chair, serving as an ethics expert resource for the ethics committee, compliance team and company. The time commitment would be approximately 10 hours per month. 

We're Seeking:

  • A seasoned professional with 10+ years of ethics compliance leadership, including experience as a Chief Ethics Officer in banking or financial services.

  • Deep knowledge of ethics, code of conduct management and program execution at the executive level.

  • Retired or currently employed and seeking additional opportunities to contribute to the success of other organizations.

Leverage your expertise:

  • Attend and report at least quarterly to the Executive team, providing guidance/direction from the position of Chair.

  • Set agendas and ensure all relevant matters are discussed with full participation of members during Committee meetings.

  • Ensure Committee operating guidelines/charter are followed.

  • Ensure effective decisions are made and carried out by the Committee.
