Position Summary:

In this role, you’ll be the driving force in a few key areas of the CVR/AVRS business. First will be part of the contracting process which includes reviewing and completing sales documents submitted by the territory managers for new customers. Second will be a support role for existing customers across a variety of requests. That will include compliance, dealing with financial issues, working with customers on changes that are impacted by state regulations, and user or functionality set up on CVR’s/AVRS’ software systems.  You’ll be acting as a consultant for both internal and external customers resolving or escalating issues as needed. Successful candidates will need to be able to work with various internal and external customer roles from support teams, users, and all levels of management.  You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, always apply critical thinking, have a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. Exhibit professional communications tailored to the audience whether verbal or written. Must work well independently and need minimal supervision.

Position Responsibilities
*Drive the “Time to Install” for onboarding new customers. Successfully consults and prepares documents for existing customer requests
*Assist the sales team, field reps, and contracts team by ensuring account build and setup in the software systems is accurate.

*Accurately process customer banking changes. Work with customers on ACH returns and resubmissions, including calling and follow up.

*Work with company controller, accounting team, and other internal/external customers to resolve billing errors, including refunds, uncashed checks, credits, and .
*Assist auditing team with compliance audits.

*Document various activities in Salesforce; Create reports in Salesforce to monitor actionable items and follow up
*Apply critical thinking as issues arise; finding or recommending solutions to issues

*Maintain accurate record keeping and documentation

* Follow defined SOP guidelines during decision making
*Understand various state rules and regulations and maintain high compliance and auditing standards.
*Understand base level banking and financial terminology 

*Respond to internal and external questions and elaborate on content using knowledge of products, business processes, and roles and responsibilities.
*Able to appropriately manage time and priorities as demands vary on a daily basis

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and general software is required

  • Salesforce proficiency is preferred

  • CA Business Partner Automation (BPA) Program understanding is preferred

  • Banking or Financial Institution process and general understanding is preferred

  • AVRS/CVR software systems use or understanding is preferred

  • Associates Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience 

  • Must have a valid Real ID or Passport in case of travel

  • Ability to think critically

  • Ability to follow SOPs

  • Ability to plan

Salary: $68K - $75K + Bonus
