We are a fully remote company hiring in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
Responsibilities
- Configure Verifiable’s SaaS solutions for clients
- Collaborate with Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that implementation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
- Provide technical support to clients during the implementation process
- Learn the Verifiable product and platform to operate as an expert and trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of technical issues as needed
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the implementation process
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SaaS technologies and industry trends
- Develop and maintain Salesforce automation, data, security, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions for clients
- Strong technical skills in SaaS technologies (Salesforce required)
- Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing model and how to set up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of data migration leveraging the Apex Data Loader
- Experience with Salesforce flow automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
