Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of Workday professionals. This role serves as a key liaison between HR strategy and business needs, ensuring that all HRIS decisions are made at the appropriate level of the organization and that decision-makers are well-informed on any legal risks. As the HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing integrated systems that streamline the administration and deployment of strategic HR information, programs, and services. Your focus will be on maximizing the accuracy, reliability, and validity of workforce data, while improving the efficiency of data collection and deployment processes. You will oversee the daily operations of the HRIS department, providing leadership and guidance to individual contributors and supervisors. Job Responsibilities
- Supports and maintains specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications used in organizations with customized or specialized needs
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Manages individual contributors and/or supervisors
- Accountable for the performance and results of a team within area of specialty
- Assesses departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from senior leaders
- Applies understanding of the business and how own area integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives
- Reviews the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives
- Identifies and solves technical and operational problems; understands broader impact across the department
- Manages one or more generally related teams; adapts department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
- Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
