About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Martech & Operations to lead our marketing team and drive operational excellence. This role will oversee and optimize marketing operations, processes, and technologies to enable efficient and effective execution of marketing campaigns at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, finance, product, and data analytics, to align marketing operations with overall business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy that enhances efficiency and supports revenue growth.

Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance marketing execution, lead management, and marketing ROI.

Marketing Technology Stack: Own and manage the marketing technology infrastructure, including automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, with a focus on Snowflake and Braze for customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Channel Management & Oversight: Develop and execute strategies for managing direct mail, email, SMS, and mobile messaging to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. Ensure proper coordination, integration, and consistency across these channels with internal engineering and product teams.

Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data management practices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data, implementing data governance policies, and leveraging analytics for campaign optimization.

Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated marketing plans, manage campaign calendars, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and implement marketing performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to provide insights into marketing effectiveness, ROI, and opportunities for improvement.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing operations budget, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation to achieve marketing objectives.

Vendor & Agency Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and service providers, ensuring effective partnerships and alignment with marketing goals.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing operations team, providing mentorship, coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in marketing technology platforms, and analytics tools, including Snowflake and Braze.

Demonstrated experience in optimizing marketing operations and implementing scalable marketing technology solutions.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Strong leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization and digital funnel optimization.

Experience managing complex roadmaps and balancing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
