The Head of Education Services will lead the strategy, development, and execution of a comprehensive education and enablement program for Hypori’s customers, partners, and internal teams. This leader will build scalable, high-impact learning solutions that drive product adoption, customer success, and partner enablement, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and reputation as an industry leader.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in instructional design, technology training, and leadership. They are passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences and leveraging modern tools and methods to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hypori’s education services, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Education Services team, including instructional designers, trainers, and program managers.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of education programs on customer success, product adoption, and partner enablement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in adult learning, technology training, and enablement.

Program Development & Delivery:

  • · Design and implement scalable learning programs, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
  • · Develop certification and accreditation programs for customers and partners to enhance their expertise and credibility in Hypori’s solutions.
  • · Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure training content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the latest product features and use cases.
  • · Leverage data and learner feedback to continuously improve and optimize education programs.

Customer & Partner Enablement:

  • · Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Partner teams to align education initiatives with customer and partner goals.
  • · Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and ensure education programs meet their expectations.
  • · Deliver tailored enablement programs for strategic accounts and global partners to drive deeper engagement and outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tools to support global education programs.
  • Develop scalable processes for content creation, delivery, and maintenance to ensure program consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage the Education Services budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in education, enablement, or training services within the technology industry.
  • Proven leadership experience building and managing global teams.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training delivery methods.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, particularly in virtual device environments, secure remote access, or mobility solutions.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience building certification programs and managing accreditation processes.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies, including LMS platforms and content creation tools.
  • Background in customer success or partner enablement.
  • Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
