The Head of B2B Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing growth and acquisition strategies for inKind’s business-to-business (B2B) sector. This role will focus on digital marketing initiatives, driving overall marketing strategies, and building strong relationships within the restaurant hospitality industry. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Product Marketing on aligned initiatives, as well as the creative, partnership/sales, product development, and investor relations teams to support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement B2B acquisition strategies to grow inKind’s restaurant partnerships.
  • Lead and optimize B2B marketing strategies to drive business engagement and loyalty.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate with the creative, sales, partnerships, and product development teams to ensure alignment on content strategy, brand messaging and product rollouts.
  • Support investor relations efforts by providing marketing insights and materials to aid in investor development and presentations.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure successful execution of B2B campaigns.
  • Manage partnerships with business-centric influencers and affiliates to expand reach and enhance the brand’s credibility.
  • Facilitate photo and video shoots/campaigns, and develop a robust gallery of visual content for the marketing team to utilize in future campaigns and initiatives.
  • General knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and loyalty
  • General knowledge of multi-channel B2B campaign management 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and acquisition strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media advertising tools) to track performance and optimize campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated ability to drive B2B strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with loyalty or rewards programs is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • The candidate will be primarily located in an office environment, exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of an office environment.
  • This position is based in Austin, Texas, with an expectation for in-person work at the physical office location.

Salary:

  • $115,000 - $130,000 base annual salary
