  • Identify and proactively address knowledge gaps through structured GTM Play programs and scalable learning resources.
  • Leverage virtual tools and platforms to support ongoing SDR education and engagement across global teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to SDR leadership, identifying roadblocks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency at scale.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Demand Generation, Field Sales, Industry Marketing, and GTM Strategy/Enablement teams to ensure SDRs are aligned with the broader sales strategy.
  • Drive and manage change initiatives with confidence, demonstrating executive presence when presenting to senior stakeholders.

Strategic & Operational Planning

  • Develop and implement regional GTM SDR programs and plays, ensuring alignment with GTM messaging and sales priorities.
  • Create, test, and optimize outbound multi-channel cadences in collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing.
  • Architect outreach strategies leveraging insights, data-driven best practices, and industry benchmarks.

What skills and experience should you bring?

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, GTM Plays or Strategy, or Sales Programs.
  • Multi-disciplinary background—experience in sales, operations, and/or marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Strong data literacy and analysis skills, including the ability to query SQL, navigate datasets, and analyze cohorts.
  • Deep understanding of the SDR motion and a track record of success in the role.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments that require adaptability and attention to detail.
