What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a data-savvy and curious Growth Product Intern to join our Product team for the summer. This internship is ideal for someone who’s passionate about product-led growth, user experience, and turning insights into action. You’ll gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to support experimentation, user journey optimization, and strategic decision-making. If you’re excited about uncovering user insights and driving growth through data, we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Analyze experiment results and usage data to uncover patterns and generate actionable growth insights.
  • Contribute to writing user stories and product requirements that align with the product roadmap.
  • Identify friction points in the user journey and help surface UX improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Support the execution and analysis of A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
  • Conduct research projects to support product strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, marketers, and designers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and measure experiment impact.
  • Recommend new growth experiments based on data analysis and user behavior.

What really gets us excited about you?

  • You’re currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, Product Management, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to inform decisions.
  • You understand product management and product-led growth principles.
  • You can spot a UX problem and think creatively about ways to improve the user journey.
  • You have solid communication and collaboration skills and thrive in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms or data visualization tools (like Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude) is a plus!

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.

What Do We Offer?

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…
