Craig Group seeks a hands-on, data-driven digital and account-based marketing (ABM) expert and growth marketer to help us drive and expand awareness and accelerate our clients’ pipeline. You will own critical business metrics, laddering directly to new business revenue goals, and help us build the client’s tech stack to scale. You will oversee key channels such as paid social, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) motion in partnership with client Sales teams. You will have team support for other paid advertising and SEM.
Responsibilities
- Own Demand Generation for assigned clients, including generating inbound and accelerating outbound via paid advertising, marketing automation and nurture, and experiments with offline channels.
- Scale client and Craig Group ABM engine to connect and convert our ICP in partnership with sales and revenue operations teams.
- Partner with DevOps and Analytics to use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console client campaign optimization
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, optimizing initiatives for impact on the bottom line
- Partner closely with the sales team to optimize lead handoff and ensure marketing initiatives align with sales goals
- Plan and manage client presence at industry and customer conferences
- Coordinate with freelance creators and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights to improve campaign performance
- Manage a holistic paid/owned social media presence through engaging content that resonates with different buyer personas
- Drive lead nurture and operational efficiency in client and Craig Group lifecycle/nurture engine.
- Project manage the marketing calendar and all of its internal deliverables across different internal and freelance teams
- Develop and optimize email nurture campaigns throughout the prospect lifecycle
- Own and operate clients’ Hubspot instances and leverage other tech stack tools in partnership with revenue operations.
- Experiment with non-digital channels such as direct mail and gifting (in collaboration with outbound sales)
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B demand, growth, or marketing operations experience
- 2+ years of managing a paid program, including working with design & agencies
- Extensive experience developing and measuring multi-channel integrated campaigns that attract, deeply engage, and convert prospects into pipeline growth
- Extensive Expertise in scaling ABM and Email Marketing. Preferably with channel partner experience
- Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, and Affiliate
- Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
- Expert operational proficiency in Hubspot
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console
- You prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a ‘figure it out’ personality

- This role is offered on a 1099 basis with the possibility of converting to W2.
- Work-from-home (WFH) with some possible in-person meetings required; option to work in-office if close to the Texas hub.
