We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! You will work closely with our Creative Services Manager, other marketing team members, and key stakeholders to create visually engaging content for digital and print platforms. This is a great opportunity for a passionate designer looking to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support brand development initiatives by designing and producing marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and other visual content.
  • Work with the marketing team, copywriters, IT, and business stakeholders to conceptualize and recommend design strategies for campaigns and projects
  • Creating and maintaining brand guidelines and governance rules.
  • Assist in developing branding elements, layouts, and creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager and other marketing team members to create engaging visual storytelling.
  • Oversee assigned design projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Organize & present campaign creative brief concepts.
  • Edit and refine designs in a timely matter based on provided feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, with the ability to design impactful presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Basic knowledge of web design for both desktop and mobile (WordPress, Figma, Canva, or UI/UX principles is a plus).
  • Communicate clearly, professionally and in an organized way.
  • Ability to adapt and quickly change direction when working on multiple projects or issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • 4+ years' relevant experience
