The company also provides recreational quality water for artificial beaches, urban lagoons, wave pools, and surf parks, as well as ultra-pure and potable water for a variety of uses.

Job Description:
VVater is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Grant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire grant process, including researching potential grants, writing and submitting applications, and managing awarded grants. This role requires excellent research, writing, and organizational skills to ensure successful grant acquisition and compliance with grant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive grant calendar to track deadlines and ensure timely submission of applications.
  • Write and submit compelling grant proposals, ensuring all required documentation is included and meets the grantor's guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and supporting materials for grant applications.
  • Manage the entire grant lifecycle, from application to reporting, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all grant activities, including applications, awards, and reports.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of funded projects, ensuring that all grant-funded activities are completed according to the grant agreement.
  • Prepare and submit interim and final reports to grantors, detailing project outcomes and financial expenditures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with grantors, partners, and stakeholders to support ongoing and future grant opportunities.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in grant writing and management.
  • Provide training and support to staff on grant processes and requirements as needed.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting for grant-funded projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to grant funding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in grant writing, research, and management, with a successful track record of securing grants.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate potential grant opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting for grant-funded projects.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
