The Role:

We are seeking a Government & Nonprofit SaaS Sales Representative to drive new business acquisition in the government and nonprofit sectors. This performance-driven role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with organizations dedicated to community and economic development.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities within government agencies and nonprofit organizations
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Solution Selling: Demonstrate how our SaaS platform addresses specific challenges in the government and nonprofit sectors
  • Sales Cycle Management: Navigate complex sales cycles typical of government and nonprofit procurement processes
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets with emphasis on first 90-day performance
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report competitive intelligence and market trends
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in our CRM system

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions to government or nonprofit organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience navigating government procurement processes and nonprofit buying cycles
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree
