ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, with experience in process improvement and logistics/warehouse. They also have the ability to analyze and interpret data and report to senior leadership to influence the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide global network support & communications with regards to Supply Chain, Equipment Support/Issues - Resolution via FreshDesk
- Management of all Global World Pack orders.
- Log updates of equipment/ WP changes so we can update resources.
- Data entry and management of internal platforms/database for thorough and accurate reporting on WP deliveries covering all performance obligations.
- Track deliveries and obtain POD’s from vendors for each delivery.
- Act as day to day contact with vendors both externally and internally for all inquiries and issues related to WP and any other orders via the online platforms.
- Collaborate across multiple departments to effectively research, resolve, and escalate issues or discrepancies with equipment orders. Issues may include queries related to invoices, funding/finance, logistics, legal, etc.
- Log any exceptions on WP orders, ie. development deals, MF contracts & keep clear communications on any agreements outside the norm.
- Log any occasions we have pulled inventory from other locations or resources for any reason.
- Identify and suggest optimizations in F45 Training’s Supply Chain areas through process improvement, creating workflow efficiencies, strategies and recommending solutions where possible.
- Troubleshoot & escalate potential issues ie. out of stock items / lead time/ payment issues or any other issues that may arise with vendors and their supply.
- In person Supply Chain presence at induction.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years relative experience
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Strong attention to detail with data and in the organization and execution of tasks
- Process oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments across different concepts
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presenting skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload without supervision under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, articulated, resourceful, persistent and conscientious
