What we do

We are looking for a Global Marketing Programs Manager with hands-on experience architecting and executing B2B marketing programs for SaaS, enterprise, and/or service provider markets. The ideal candidate is self-directed and self-motivated, with high standards for quality of work and program management excellence. 


The candidate should have experience managing multi-channel programs that require sales alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and management of external vendors/agencies. This role requires a strong understanding of the buyer’s journey, the ability to grasp technical subject matter, and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. 

What you'll do

  • Third-Party Programs 
    • Work with appropriate stakeholders to develop and execute a mix of third-party programs to support our funnel and pipeline targetsProgram examples include content syndication (publications, podcasts, associations, etc.), lead acquisition, and appointment setting programs
    • Responsible for overall program execution and end-to-end lead management, ensuring leads are collected, processed, and nurtured through Marketo nurture email cadences, SDR follow-up cadences, and other appropriate outbound marketing efforts, as needed
  • Email Programs
    • Work with the appropriate stakeholders to develop and deploy always-on email nurture sequences for Enterprise and Service Provider audiences
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to build, test, and deploy nurture cadences
    • Monitor, refresh, and optimize cadences on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against industry benchmarks and other standards of excellence
    • Deliver quarterly performance reports, as well as recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Webinars and Workshops
    • Develop and execute a calendar for all internal and third party-hosted webinars and workshops to educate our audiences on key topics, use cases, and platform capabilities
    • Coordinate with both internal and external speakers (SMEs, industry experts, customers, etc.) to ensure webinar and workshop deliverables are completed on time and that the presenters are properly prepped
    • Develop the promotional plan and collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to promote each webinar and workshop to the target audience. Promotional efforts may include email marketing, organic and paid social media, sales and partner outreach, and promotion at other events
    • Develop post-webinar/workshop follow-up plans, which may include email nurture and/or sales outbound cadences
  • Partner Programs
    • Support the inclusion and/or extension of marketing programs to select partners, as applicable
    • Support the execution of joint marketing programs with select partners, working with Channel and marketing teams to complete marketing deliverables
  • Performance Reporting
    • Conduct post-program assessments and communicate results, ROI, and overall program effectiveness
    • Continuously update and adjust program strategies to meet and exceed pipeline requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology sector
  • Proven experience in developing and managing global marketing programs with a strong focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and event marketing
  • Must have omnichannel experience, including email marketing; content marketing; direct mail; webinars, workshops and other events; and integrated campaigns
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of different marketing channels, including digital marketing and demand generation 
  • Ability to collaborate with GTM teams, including Sales, to align on program objectives, roles and responsibilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and execute independently
  • A positive and professional attitude with a strong desire to meet or exceed expectations for quality, timeliness, and results
  • Experience using Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and be familiar with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn

Our compensation philosophy encompasses a fair program for all in order to attract, engage and retain talented individuals who will drive our business and wow our customers.

The compensation range for this position is: $140,000 - $175,000. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:

  • Experience with the skill sets required for success
  • Demonstrated competencies and potential 
  • A geographic market-based approach
