Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Global IT Specialist to join our growing fintech company. This position will be based in the US, and will operate as a standalone IT professional in the region, working closely with the global IT team and reporting directly to the IT Team Leader based in Israel. The role requires a strong ability to work independently, manage regional IT needs, and specialize in supporting Apple-based systems and Azure cloud platforms, all managed via Intune.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT systems - IOS, Android, WinOS, MacOS and cloud-based platforms (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Google Workspace).
  • Configure, monitor, and enforce Intune-based policies to manage devices, ensure compliance, and enhance security.
  • Provide Tier1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for advanced technical issues, ensuring seamless operation for end-users.
  • Lead IT projects such as system migrations, integrations, and software rollouts with a focus on scalable solutions.
  • Implement configuration policies to secure endpoints and optimize system performance.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account creation, equipment provisioning, and deprovisioning, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Develop documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance IT self-service capabilities.
  • Train junior IT staff globally by sharing expertise, providing remote guidance, and collaborating on cross-regional projects.
  • Ensure clear and proactive communication with remote team members and stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT system administration, with proven ability to work independently and manage IT operations in a standalone environment.
  • Expertise in supporting Apple ecosystems, including macOS and iOS devices, with proficiency in leveraging Intune for device and application management.
  • Expertise in supporting Microsoft ecosystems, including WinOS and Android devices
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and services, including identity management and compliance tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Zoho, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience configuring and enforcing device policies for security and compliance (e.g., encryption, application restrictions).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective remote collaboration with the global team.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global team and supporting a distributed workforce.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques to coordinate regional IT projects.
