Together, we will craft the future of our AEM Sites customers. In collaboration with a larger distributed team of product and engineering experts, we build new AEM capabilities striving to deliver outstanding website performance, traffic acquisition, and user engagement. As a member of our team, you'll use your diverse background in technologies, and rapidly build customer-facing solutions. We move quickly, adapt on the fly, and focus on delivering real business impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prototype fast in diverse environments like frontend, backend, web apps and agents, using feedback and running quick PoCs to drive innovation.
- Translate loose requirements into actionable specs, producing high-quality, scalable code — even in high-pressure situations — while ensuring measurable business impact.
- Continuously derive insights from diverse data sources using straightforward methods, focusing on rapid development and efficient knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with customers and teammates: present solutions, prioritize tasks, grow with the support of your team, and help others on the team grow.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences, or demonstrated full-stack accomplishments that prove you can build and ship quickly.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages (preferably JavaScript, Python), cloud- and web technologies.
- The ability to remain calm, focused, and goal-oriented when handling critical issues raised by customers.
- An eagerness to quickly learn and master emerging technologies, always keeping the end goal in mind and consistently driving toward impactful outcomes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $113,400 -- $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
