About Us

Braid is building tools that help content creators run their businesses with more clarity, confidence, and leverage. From brand deal insights to contract management to platform analytics, we give creators the power to see what’s real, tell their story, and grow on their own terms.

We’re a small, ambitious, and mission-driven team with a bias toward action and learning. You’ll be joining us at an early stage — there’s still a lot to build, and your fingerprints will be on all of it.

And we’re just getting started — we’re actively exploring how AI can streamline workflows, surface insights, and unlock entirely new capabilities for creators and the people who manage them.

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Engineer to help us bring new features to life and scale what’s already working. You’ll work closely with product, design, and the founding team to build, ship, and iterate quickly. If you’re excited by the idea of working across the stack, applying AI to real-world creator problems, and iterating fast based on real user feedback, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain features across our React frontend and Typescript-based backend
- Contribute to architecture, design, and product decisions alongside a collaborative and fast-moving team.
- Integrate with external APIs, manage platform data, and build internal tools as needed.
- Help us incorporate AI tools and models into the product in meaningful, responsible ways.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Help shape and improve our dev processes as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5+ years of professional experience building web applications, ideally in a startup or product-focused environment.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, and bonus points for experience with AWS CDK.
- Interest or experience in working with AI tools or APIs — we’re not building core models, but we are using AI to unlock smarter, faster workflows.
- Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Strong communication skills and curiosity — we value learning, feedback, and clarity over polish.
- Excitement about building for creators and growing something from the ground up.

Bonus Points For

- Experience working at early-stage startups
- Familiarity with creator tools, influencer marketing, or the broader creator economy
- Experience with serverless architecture or AWS services like Lambda, S3, or DynamoDB
- Contributions to open source or technical writing

Why Braid

- Be part of a team using AI to redefine how creators and their managers work
- A chance to shape the future of creator tools from the ground up
- Fully remote team with flexible hours and async-first culture
- Direct access to the founders and influence on product direction
- Competitive compensation, early equity

Braid.ai is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
