This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual with FP&A experience in technology/SaaS to join our growing team! Reporting to the VP, Finance and Revenue Operations, this individual will play a critical role in our FP&A function, collaborating with various teams, including go-to-market (GTM), Customer Operations, R&D, Accounting, and other Budget owners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a dedicated team player with excellent business partnering and financial modeling skills, and brings a positive, solution-driven attitude with a desire to learn and grow.

Requirements

· Manage the financial strategy for GTM initiatives, with a focus on building and reporting analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Key metrics include conversion rates, customer pricing and packaging, capacity planning, and sales funnel performance 

· Partner with Budget owners to develop and regularly review forecasts, including revenue, headcount, and operating expenses 

· Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly P&Ls for various teams (including CARET’s executive team and Board of Directors), with insightful analysis and strategic guidance to drive improved results 

· Help facilitate the month- and quarter- end close processes, ensuring accuracy in our financials. Closely collaborate with Accounting to deliver comprehensive and sound financial results 

· Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within Finance’s operations 

· Analyze and report on KPIs, improving the clarity and impact of insights to drive business decisions. Work closely with key stakeholders to align on and track performance metrics 

· Drive improvements in operational efficiency by proactively streamlining processes and enhancing reporting and insights, incorporating technology to automate where possible 

· Support ad-hoc financial analysis and regulatory data requests

Qualifications Include:

· Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a FP&A role, with experience in SaaS highly preferred 

· Proven results of driving accelerated bookings and revenue growth through partnership with senior leaders 

· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a private equity portfolio company 

· Possess a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field 

· Experience in building and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with strategic objectives 

· Advanced Excel proficiency, including expertise in advanced formulas, financial modeling, and the ability to automate workflows and reporting through data manipulation 

· Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities 

· Ideally have prior experience with SaaS and Payments pricing and packaging, including an understanding of SaaS pricing models and product bundling 

· Skilled in presenting complex financial data in an easy-to-understand view using data visualization and storytelling techniques 

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively interact with various levels with cross-functional teams. Ability to explain financial concepts concisely to non-finance stakeholders 

· Proficient in other technology, including Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Domo

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay range: $160,000 - $180,000 USD. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
