We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller, who will start as an individual contributor, process daily bank transactions, reconciliations, post invoices as needed and finalize books of accounts. They will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management. Willing to 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining daily accounting books.
  • Reconcile stripe records for subscription and non subscription revenue.
  • Hands on experience in processing periodic stat payments for the Indian entity including advance tax calculations/GST calculations and return filing.
  • Experience in Indian payroll including payments of PF/Ptax and statutory taxation
  • Ensure accurate departmental fund allocation based on budgets and operational needs.
  • Act as a Treasury Manager overseeing cash flow, liquidity, and risk management.
  • Analyze financial data for insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in budget development and monitor performance.
  • Optimize financial processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA preferred.
  • Proven experience between 4-7 years in finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of Ind AS/US GAAP/ financial planning and budgeting including benchmarking
  • knowledge of transfer pricing- should have conducted a Transfer Pricing study
