Reporting directly to the FP&A Director of External Reporting & Metric Development with occasional oversight by the SVP of FP&A, our Intern will assist data analysis, report creation, and database creation and maintenance. The FP&A team is embarking on a major reporting and analytics project that the Intern will support, focusing on operational and financial data warehousing and KPI development. Intern will collaborate closely with the broader FP&A team to learn the ins and outs of Revenue and Marketing reporting, forecasting and analysis, gaining an understanding of key top of the funnel metrics for the broader organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Available for approximately 30-40 hours per week for 3 months (Summer) · Partner with financial analyst in (New Program Review) consolidation and building master NPR database · Assist in development of revenue, marketing and enrollment data warehouse to support future analytics and plan tool implementation · Collaborate with Revenue & Marketing Finance team in development of reporting and forecasting automations · Work with Director of External Reporting & Metric Development to identify and implement new analytics to deliver insight into key business trends · Attend team calls and shadow managers+ for Finance training as needed · Perform other related job duties as assigned

EDUCATION: Current student at accredited college pursuing a degree in: Computer Science, Analytics

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: · Advanced data and analytics skillset (SQL, Python, etc.) · Intermediate computer skills including understanding of MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint · Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills · Commitment to learning and developing skills · Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
