This Field Service Specialist will coordinate and expedite the flow work at our Deer Park Valves department to ensure the project is being managed successfully.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and oversees work at a field project site
  • Providing quality service to the customer.
  • Providing the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
  • Coordinating and directs the activities of service operators.
  • Coordinating the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
  • May evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree from an accredited university or college, or GED and 5+ yrs of experience in mechanical field service onsite at a customer plant.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of organization and customers
