We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing & Events Specialist to join the Field Marketing & Events team and partner with our sales team in generating and accelerating pipeline activity while increasing brand awareness, partner relationships and customer loyalty. This role works closely with multiple cross-functional partners including sales, business development, partner marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, sales operations and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can execute and has a track record of developing partnerships with sales to help them hit pipeline goals using first party events, third-party events, partner events, customer events and other field marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute strategic events (both in-person and virtual)
  • Develop and manage annual field marketing and events calendar consisting of trade shows and conferences and other custom, company-owned events
  • Build deep relationships with sales to understand pipeline opportunities and build a plan to help focus on reaching those accounts and growth strategies with increased engagement for high-value accounts
  • Coordinate event logistics from start to finish
  • Track key metrics and create reporting to ensure business impact measured by pipeline velocity, incremental growth, and persona engagement
  • Work closely with sales and marketing operations to optimize tools and marketing tech stack for efficiencies 
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Manage event staff while on-site
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a field marketing role specifically in B2B marketing at a SaaS company
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with various event types from large-scale industry conferences to exclusive, high-touch experiences
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
  • Ability to analyze data to track and adjust program strategies
  • Experience in budget management and reporting is a plus
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and processes
  • Agility and adaptability to a changing and growing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan and execute field marketing, events
