The Role

Full-Time 

Austin, TX - 4 days per week in our Central Austin office, Fridays remote

The Role: 

We’re seeking a talented Executive Assistant to support our Company leadership. This team member will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup and learn directly from a proven leadership team. This hire will be able to apply their keen attention to detail, creativity and past EA skills to build out the position and make a massive impact within the organization across a variety of areas. 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage calendars and scheduling for CEO related to Scorability along with assisting with his other portfolio companies
  • Act as CEO's right hand and an extension of the leadership team 
  • Manage, draft, review, and send communications on behalf of CEO
  • Support other Executives on a project or as needed basis as assigned by the CEO
  • Coordinate and book travel, offsite meetings, meals, and transportation
  • Post regular company updates on respective Slack channels
  • Plan and execute events/parties/dinners
  • Manage investor and customer relations, including Board Meetings
  • Track company metrics
  • Prepare presentation slides for important meetings
  • Assist the team with improvements to various internal processes 
  • Assist with various internal and external events 
  • Special projects, research, etc. as assigned that helps run the company better, smarter and more efficiently

Experience we’re seeking:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience directly supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced environment (startup preferred) 
  • Expertise in calendar management and a friendly, proactive and agile approach to supporting the day to day movement and execution of calendar appointments
  • Experience and confidence in booking complex travel accommodations
  • Ability to be discerning in decision making and capable of maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality 
  • Experience planning and executing events and dinners 
  • Experience with expense tracking and reporting 
  • A history of tracking company metrics and the ability to report on said metrics in a clear and reliable manner 
  • Experience creating high-quality, visually appealing board decks and presentation slides on behalf of leadership team members 
  • Must have proficient experience in Google Suite (Gmail, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel). Experience with or exposure to tools such as Slack, Hubspot or Salesforce and Carta a strong plus.
