Our opportunity:

Automation Anywhere is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Events Coordinator to join our Americas team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning and executing engaging events that foster strong customer connections and support our sales efforts across the region.

As an Events Coordinator, you will oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events—from exclusive customer gatherings to large-scale conferences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for creating seamless and impactful event experiences.

Location: 

Remote role – Mountain or Central Time zone preferred

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Executing comprehensive event logistics management, including coordinating promotional materials and swag with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and professional setup at all event locations. This includes quality control, inventory management, and onsite arrangement of materials 
  • Providing essential support to the sales teams for customer-focused events, managing all aspects from registration site creation to onsite logistics including banner setup, content distribution, and registration management. This requires close collaboration with sales teams to ensure event objectives are met
  • Developing and managing event registration platforms, ensuring seamless participant experience while capturing essential data for sales follow-up and marketing analysis. This includes troubleshooting technical issues and providing real-time support to registrants 
  • Handling all financial aspects of event execution, including creating purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and vendor interactions
  • Leading Salesforce campaign management and data integrity efforts, creating and managing campaigns for post-event follow-up, ensuring accurate attribution of leads, and maintaining clean data for reporting and analysis purposes 
  • Supporting major corporate events like Imagine, managing extensive logistics including packing, unpacking, registration setup, swag distribution, and onsite troubleshooting to ensure smooth event execution
  • Overseeing Market Development Funds (MDF) management for partnerships like AWS, including documentation submission, receipt management, and proof of performance compilation to secure co-marketing funds

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 2 years of experience in events coordination or similar role 
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and event registration platforms 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software 
  • Understanding of marketing development funds (MDF) and co-marketing programs 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills 
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines 
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills 
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 – 90,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
