Description

We're seeking an experienced ERP Data Analyst specializing in Grants & Compliance to support the successful implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Project. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, cleansing, and communicating data related to grant and project activities across various County departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working with ERP systems, and the ability to manage complex datasets across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets related to grants and compliance.
  • Compare and assess data across multiple document formats, including spreadsheets, PDFs, and text files.
  • Handle interdepartmental data requests and ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Process and manage confidential data in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain templates, reports, and analytical models to support grants and compliance initiatives.
  • Extract, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot data processes, techniques, and systems to optimize data transition and integration.
  • Evaluate system updates and changes to ensure data consistency and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on relevant data processes and outputs.
Requirements
  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Grants & Compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of grant management processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
