As an ERP Data Analyst for Grants & Compliance, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, cleansing, and communicating data from various County departments on grant and project-related activity. This position is required to ensure the Oracle Cloud Project will be successfully implemented by supporting fully allocated Grants & Compliance resources.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and analyze complex bodies of data.
• Compare and access multiple document types such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and text documents.
• Field interdepartmental requests.
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
• Create and assist in creating templates, form reports, and analyses.
• Generate output from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot the processes, techniques, and systems used to generate, transition, and coagulate data.
• Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
• Guide end-users on relevant processes and output.
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Advanced capabilities in using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• The ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
