Job Description:

The EPM Sales Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the sales organization to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing the sales team to ensure the successful execution of sales plans. The sales leader will work closely with key stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and drive market expansion.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develops and implements comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Aligns sales strategies with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Establishes sales targets and ensures their achievement through effective planning, monitoring, and performance management. Implements improvement plans as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manages and nurtures key customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Acts as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and oversees the resolution of customer issues.
  • Market Analysis: Conducts market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Uses market intelligence to inform sales strategies and business planning and oversees feedback loops to product teams.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Collaborates, leads, motivates, and develops the sales team to achieve high performance. Ensures the team has the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed. Drives a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Sales Operations: Oversees sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Ensures the efficient and effective execution of sales processes and the use of sales tools and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engages and influences key stakeholders across the organization to support sales initiatives and drive alignment. Collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated business strategies.
  • Product and Market Development: Works with product management and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and services. Ensures that sales strategies are aligned with product and market development plans.
  • Financial Management: Coordinates on sales budget and ensures the efficient allocation of resources. Monitors financial performance and implements corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensures that all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Promotes a culture of integrity and accountability within the sales organization.
